Terms of service

These terms cover the S2 Stats Discord bot and the Studio Two Dashboard, both run by Studio Two Digital (“we”). By adding the bot to a server, or by using the dashboard, you agree to them. If you're a member of a server the bot is in, About S2 Stats explains what it does and how to opt out.

Who the bot is for

S2 Stats is for the official Discord servers of artists we work with. It's added by the server's own team, under an agreement with us, and it only records servers we've set up together. If it's added anywhere else it doesn't record anything, and we may remove it.

The team adding it must have the right to do so for that server. Anyone in the server can click the bot's name to find About S2 Stats, which explains what it does and how to opt out.

Using the dashboard

The dashboard is by invitation only. If you have an account:

  • keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it
  • use what you see only to look after and understand your own community
  • don't use it to harass, single out or take action against members for anything other than breaking the server's rules
  • don't copy members' information out of the dashboard to share with anyone outside your team, or combine it with other data about them
  • don't try to get into data that isn't yours, or to get around the dashboard's security

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Members' information

We handle members' information as set out in our privacy policy. We never sell it, never use it to train AI and never show one server's information to another server's team. Members can ask us to stop recording them or delete what we hold at any time.

Discord's rules

The bot runs on Discord, so Discord's own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Policy apply too. We follow them, and expect everyone using the bot or the dashboard to do the same.

What we can and can't promise

We work hard to keep the bot and the dashboard running and the figures accurate, but we can't promise they'll always be available or free of mistakes. Summaries and answers written with the help of AI can sometimes be wrong, so check anything important before acting on it.

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the bot or the dashboard. Nothing here limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Stopping

A server's team can remove the bot at any time. When we stop working with an artist, the bot is removed and everything we hold about their server is deleted within 30 days. We may stop offering the bot or the dashboard, and will give the teams we work with notice first.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top, and tell the teams we work with about anything important before it takes effect.
